We charge a flat fee of 25 AED for deliveries across the United Arab Emirates.  

As our website is not able to accept International orders, please contact us first and we will obtain a quote from a reputable courier, and will do our best to accommodate your request.  

International orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.  We ask that you email hello@pinkcityliving, with your purchase receipt, stating the reason for the return and with our prior agreement, arrange to send the items back to us at your cost, using ‘signed for’ delivery to ensure it’s safe return, in its original packaging, and in an unused condition.  

Refunds will be issued on a discretionary basis, if all of the above has been adhered to, however shipping costs are non refundable.  

Exchanges are possible, with prior agreement from Pink City Living, if all of the returns policy has been followed.  In the event of a return or exchange, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

All of our items are lovingly handcrafted, printed and sewn by our talented artisans, so there may be some slight variation in colour, print or product size. These are not seen as imperfections, but merely the mark of the hands that have created each special piece.

These are not reasons for which the products can be returned and are part of the charm of owning a truly unique, handcrafted item.

By purchasing a piece of true heritage craft and supporting the work of these amazing artisans, you will own a unique piece of handicraft from Pink City Living.

Cotton is a natural fibre, and the dyes organic, so your table linen will need to be cared for in the right way to maintain its vibrancy.

For the placemats and napkins, we recommend that you wash them either by hand, or on a cool 30 degree gentle cycle, with mild detergent. Line dry out of the direct sunlight, to maintain the print colour. and reduce the likelihood of fading or shrinkage.

Cotton canvas is a thick, robust fabric, so to eliminate creases after washing, iron your placemats whilst damp.  Iron on the reverse side of the fabric, on a medium heat.

For the cushion covers, spot clean with a damp cloth or dry clean if badly soiled.
